Waqquas Shah

Hello,

My name is Waqquas Shah. Born and raised in Birmingham, United Kingdom,

I have a Masters degree in Human Resources Management which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development at level 7. I am also a certified Professional Consultant which is a qualification that I gained through the Chartered Management Institute.

Throughout my time at University I have been able to work with companies such as Severn Trent, Nissan Westway and the NHS, also conducting a consultative piece on Core Management Logistics leadership attributes which was recognised by the Chartered Management Institute. I have worked on issues regarding Organisational development, Employee Engagement, Staff Retention, Sales, Learning and development and many other aspects of an organisation.

I am now currently working in Finance at Barclays Bank, also providing the company with my extensive knowledge and experiences from an array of work environments to help them in regards to their employees when needed.
