In the span of 7 years in my previous job, I was promoted twice, first was as a shift manager and then as a team leader. I have a total of 5 years experience in managing and handling people.

I am a hard-working professional who has been consistently praised as smart and efficient by my co-workers and management. Over the course of my 10-year career, I have developed a skill set relevant to become a home-based customer service representative, including customer retention, customer communication, order processing, eBay product listing, payment processing, and account and bank reconciliation.
