About Me
Hi! I’ve been a customer service specialist since 4 years ago and I was in the food delivery industry handling inbound calls from day to day basis. I was the platinum agent and my productivity was recognized and awarded back then. Then I joined KuCoin as a customer service specialist as well, which then led me to become the first OTC Trainer in Malaysia as they were pioneering in the blockchain industry and providing customer service roles to its citizens. I then moved to BitMart in Singapore where I was as handling chats, emails and also delegating tasks. I was also involved in doing KYC and AML processes for both KuCoin and BitMart especially.
