About Me
My name is Juan Carlos Flores. I am a Mexican HR expert with a little over 25 years of experience in this field, across many different kinds of industries and corporate cultures. I have worked with European companies, Asian and American as well.
During my trajectory I have had the opportunity of holding almost every position there is within the HR function, so I know the activities from deep within. I enjoy mostly to be part of executive groups and to be able to participate in the strategy of the business. My contributions, although people oriented, are always made in alignment with the business and the numbers to be reached by the Company.
I am a bicultural person, growing up in Mexico within an American environment. I have lived in Europe and in the US for some years. Currently I am searching for a Company that will allow me to work remotely, in the extent that it is possible. I am open to travel and to spending time away from home, as well as to relocate.
