I’ve been a Customer Service Representative servicing financial account International for 2 and half year then got transferred to Fraud department as Fraud Specialist. Which we place the account on hold to ensure that no one can access and add unauthorized charges on the account. Issuing new card/ account number to the customer for us to start with the investigation. Thorough investigation of compromised credit card accounts. Process Chargeback. Escalate account/s if its suspicious and/or have multiple claims in the past. Customer will receive a letter containing result of the investigation. Its a must to follow US laws and regulatory.
After a year, Ive been promoted as Associate Manager Back office Fraud.
In addition, Im also trained on how to investigate ID Theft cases.
I’ve been working with my previous Company for 5 years and 2 months.
