Have skills in interpersonal communication thus able to offer customer service. I have worked in a bank for the last ten years and have experience in customer service desk and teller position or cashiering services. The last position in the bank has been business development where was able to offer sales representation in asset financing.
The ten year experience has enabled me to be great in record keeping, efficient with computer programs like outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft word. Time management has been instilled in me due to meeting set targets and deadlines allowing me to go an extra mile like working overtime to meet them.
I have a masters degree in Business administration where I specialized in Strategic management thus more exposure to research and methodology in the thesis done. I have assisted in data collection in various research in addition. I have experience in data entry acquired when I was contracted by world Food program on Food security research.
