I started out in the BPO Industry catering customer service over the phone as a Reservation and Ticketing Agent for US Airways, a US based airline company, in November of[removed]Since then I had broadened my horizons and the extensive exposure in the business and organization helped me a lot in working my way up towards a leadership role.
