I have around 11 +Years total working experience from working in the United Arab Emirates previously. I worked with a private hospital in UAE for 6 years, I worked at 3 different 5* hotels in UAE for around 4 years and my last place of employment was at a Home Health Care facility for almost a year in UAE. I worked in various HR roles at these places in UAE handling mostly Recruitment and onboarding, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training, Performance and Development and HR Administration.
After leaving the UAE and returning to South Africa in April 2019, I joined Treetop Recruitment Agency here in South Africa as a Recruitment Consultant from Dec 2019 to Dec 2020 on a short term contract to gain insight and experience working with an agency as a Recruitment Consultant. I have gained invaluable experience in Recruitment and also liaising and networking with clients to bring in new business for the agency.
