Suvendu has held multiple senior roles in his career. He has been a VP HR with Hewitt Associates, AVP HR with Xansa and People Engagement Head with Airtel and Group HR Head with JCT. In his last corporate role, he was CHRO with Small Finance Bank.

As a Consultant, he has designed interventions on Change Management, HR Strategy, Organisation Design, restructuring & transformation, Roles & Responsibilities, Vision, Mission & Business Strategy, Culture building. He has facilitated intervention across industries like Manufacturing, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, Information Technology, Engineering & Healthcare.

Suvendu is a MBA in HR & a post graduate degree from Delhi University. He is also Research Fellow with MDI Gurgaon. He has certifications from DDI, CPI, La Marsh
