Shanitha Singh

I am a well qualified and experienced Executive HR Director and have served on several Boards for the last 10 years. I have lead large HR teams in different industries since 2001, such as Tertiary, Mining, Manufacturing, Consulting, Engineering, Construction, Motor Retail. I have a varied set of skills and have managed various portfolios along with HR, such as Health and Safety, Marketing and Communications, Office management and administration for many years. 


I was a finalist for CHRO of the year for 2017 and 2018 for Topco Future of HR Awards. I completed my MBA at Wits University in 2007 and also did the Leading Women Programme in 2014 at GIBS. I am a registered coach with the ICF and am an ardent leadership coach, who lives life as an authentic leader. I am registered with SABPP as a Master HR Professional which is the highest rank. 


I have served as Executive Director at  WSP, Metso and Sandvik, and am a member of the IODSA. I am currently a Trustee on the Telmar Trust.
