About Me
I’ve been a full time remote employee since 2021 supporting a US based client in the travel and hospitality management industry but has around ten years of prior work experience supporting a client remotely. Positions I’ve held are reservations and sales agent, ticketing agent, business operations analyst for a mobility team, senior travel consultant and accounting staff for a Virtuoso member luxury travel agency, and the most recent is a supervisor.
In my recent position, I provide high level support for frontline agents. I handled escalations and helpdesk issues requiring critical thinking and problem solving skills in time sensitive cases most of the time. Thus, I’m used to multitasking and can work gracefully under pressure meeting several deadlines within a day. I am passionate about attending to clients’ unique needs as I employ my knowledge and experience to help.
