Paying a Virtual Assistant na hourly rate is not the same as paying an office employee na hourly rate.
I´m sure sometime in your work career you´ve worked in a office or for a boss and can you say that you were actively working 100% of the time? Of course not! In average office employee´s hour, at least[removed]mins of that time is being taken up by tasks that isnot work.Chatting to co-workers, smoke and coffee breaks, answering personal emails, all of this wasted time.
