I’m an innovative personnel with proven work experience in Human Resources, talent acquisition, recruitment, Product Management, administration, people & time management; with track record of employing innovative strategies, improving staff loyalty, performance & productivity by 69% 2019 &over 75%2022. I also built & expanded a database that improved personnel tracking/deployment by over 55%.

With my experience in HR mgt in Tech, having worked with a lots of professionals, I delved into Product Management. This transition aided to better manage the level of productivity by the staff, ensuring that hours paid for are utilized, products are delivered in time & quality agreed by the team & product owner while following the sequence of a product work flow. This has helped me function better in my role as a HR Personneltech as I am knowledgeable in all HR/Product Flow Software.
