I am currently serving as a Sales Manager at Damelin College. Having started in my role in April 2024, when the company was hit by a Deregistration by the Minister of Higher Education. It was a difficult time for the institution and for me especially as I had to learn the company culture, lead my sales team and assist the institution survive the storm.

I was tasked to have a one on one with every parent of a student that wanted to cancel their course. I listened to their concerns and tried to help them work through it by involving the Academic Team. I was able to convince a few parents to stay and finish of their course. My team and I also achieved our set target for that month and the next.

I’m a well rounded person with a good sense of direction. And when I put my head down, I really do the work.
I am an IT educator by profession ,I have always been an educator at heart. That requires empathy and patience in itself.
I love catering to other people and ensuring that they do succeed.
