About Me
I am an enthusiastic, hardworking lady who is self-motivated and
who likes to be challenged. I have more than 10 years’ experience
working in a customer service environment both in the retail and call centre
environments but mostly in the call centre environment. I have
worked both in outbound sales and inbound spaces.
I am currently employed as a Requirements Agent Admin at one of
the biggest insurance companies in the country. This has taught me
to work well under pressure and enhanced my communication
abilities with people from all walks of life. This role has also taught
me to manage my time well, pay attention to detail, think outside the
box and make prompt informed decisions.
I am currently completing a BA degree Industrial Psychology through
The University of the Witwatersrand. With this degree I hope to launch
my career as a Human Development Specialist as it my passion
