Firstly thank for this opportunity to introduce my self my name is Likitha km. I am basically from Bangerpet. I did my Post graduation MBA in VTU Bangalore. I belong to nuclear family. Being self motivated and a quick learner are great strengths, especially in a leadership role. I have 10 months of It Recruitment experience in permeant and contract to hire staffing.
Clints worked : Dell, Robert bosh, NTT data , HCL , Intel, Honeywell, Capgemini, Accenture.

Responsibilities
● Having strong experience into Permanent Staffing and Contract Staffing.
● Dealing with candidates and their documents PAN, Aadhar and Education Documents etc. Negotiating the Bill rates on Contract to hire basis C2H and Permanent basis.
● Understanding client requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including Preliminary interview of the candidates.
● Coordinating, Scheduling & Conducting Interviews.
● Following up with candidates on joining dates and convincing them if they have any issue
