During my tenure as an HR Manager for Imagine Mobile, a British Digital Advertising company in Malaysia, I successfully managed all offices across the EMEA region independently. This experience provided me with valuable insights into global HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Subsequently, I joined Dishserve, an Indonesian company with a tech team located in Sri Lanka. As the HR Manager for the Sri Lankan office, I oversaw recruitment and selection, managed employee records, and supported employee development initiatives. My experience in managing cross cultural teams and navigating the complexities of an international work environment has honed my ability to adapt quickly and effectively.

Additionally, I was entrusted with the role of Product Manager at at Dishserve, where I was responsible for driving product development and innovation. This dual role allowed me to contribute to both areas.
