I have a call center experience for 7 years and 3 years till present experience working at home as a Virtual Assistant. I have experienced working with an investor and a realtor and I've handled the following tasks:

Conduct comparative market analysis CMA for potential properties.
Prepare buyer packets, providing necessary information to help them during the buying process.
Create and maintain files for each property.
Conduct lead research for distressed sellers.
Assist in scheduling appointments.

Following up with clients/customers via email/call
Calendar Management
File Management organizing files using Dropbox, GDrive, etc.
Database building e.g. updating property or contact lists on Podio
Creating basic reports reports ex: expenses, etc

Skip tracing leads
Calling out to vendors, utility companies and rental applicants
Answering calls general inquiry
Emailing rental applicants, tenants
