I took up Business Administration major in Financial Management. While studying,I tried working as a service crew in Mcdonalds. I only stayed there for 1 year and transition to BPO industry. I stopped studying as well and focus on my work. I have a BPO experience for 6 years and 2 months. Ive been with 4 companies within those years. First company was with Concentrix. I was a customer service representative for a financial account. During training Im one of the agents who excel in QA and provide excellent customer service. I was able to maintain my good standing until I was endorsed in production. I only stayed there for 3 years and 8 months. Second company was with Iploy, OPC. Its for an healthcare account. I was assigned in the billing dept due to my prev experience with financial. I only lasted for 4 months. Third company was with ResultsCX and its for a telco account. I was with them for 5 months only. Last was with Foundever Asia, Inc. I was a fraud analyst for 1 year and 7 month
