About Me
I have been working i the customer service industry for 5 years, and it is during this time I was able to acquire and hone my skills, which include but not limited to good communication skills, a high proficiency in both written and spoken English, employment of an empathetic approach when interacting with clientele, and easy navigation of a number of customer relationship systems CRMs. Being an avid cyclist, I enjoy the open road since I get to experience nature in its rawest form and also finding fulfillment in interacting with different people, irrespective of their race, gender, religion or even political affiliations. When am not on the open road, I enjoy getting comfortable with a good novel and a cup of coffee, as I believe, feeding the mind is just as important as feeding the soul and body, if not more.
