I have strong organizational skills, strong written and spoken communication skills both in English and Spanish, and proficiency in various administrative tasks. I am confident, highly organized , can work independently or as a part of a team, used to plan activities and follow up them daily, weekly and monthly. I have over 20 years of experience as a business process consultant for two important American companies such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers and IBM located in my country, I participated in many projects, such as SAP Implementations, Organizational Changes, Business Process Assessment, Change Management Projects and Policies and Procedures Documentation among others. In which role I had to interact constantly with client needs and expectations, working together as a team to achieve the wanted results. I like to take on new challenges, want to strengthen my experience in remote work also a professional willing to learn!
