Felix Wachira

I am an alumnus of The University of Nairobi with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Sociology. I possess IT information technology and CPA K qualifications. I have also done numerous short courses, sign language, Red Cross First Aid, and Fire Marshals Courses to enhance my skills.
I currently work for Tripesa as a Country Sales Lead after having worked for several other organizations for close to Fourteen years. I started as a customer care representative in the call center and rose through the ranks through retail team leadership to Sales and Account management. My current job mainly entails but is not limited to organizer supervision and management, Account management, sales and revenue generation, client management as well as team management and Business development.
My job demands a lot of research, integrity, organizational skills, client management skills, email, face to face and telephone based communication skills, relationship building skills, and reporting skills.
