I have been holding top HR executive operational roles since 1998 in Dubai, and in 2009 founded HAFNER CONSULTANTS, a Human Capital focused consultancy practice, operating mainly in the UAE and the Middle-East region, with the expertise in strategic and operational human resources management, corporate governance, board and family advisory and delivering state-of-the-art Human Resources support and technical know-how to companies in need to startup or enhance their businesses, through best practice HR policies & procedures and strategies. I am is also regularly teaching Human Resources sciences at Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi as part of the Master programs.
