Greetings, Im Brenda Githinji, a self driven woman living in Nairobi, Kenya. Knowledgeable about the customer service sector for the past seven years. My career in this field started after my high school, when I became a volunteer and member of the Kenya Red Cross Society. Having interacted with people from all cultures over the years, I have subsequently dealt with them with empathy and understanding. Later, I worked as a brand ambassador in Nairobi for several companies, including Safaricom, where we introduced the now famous Blaze to young people, and Lifebuoy, where we taught children about basic hygiene in different grade schools.
After that, I was allowed to manage and mentor other brand ambassadors for both brands as a team lead. Recently I was an administrator for a shipping company, where I oversaw marketing, sales, and customer support.
