Bianca Mqeke

My name is Mqeke Bianca a 22 years old studying Ecotourism Management at the Tshwane University of Technology. I started 2021 after finishing my matric at Minerva Secondary school. I done my work Integrated Learning at the National Zoological Garden which is located at Pretoria known as Pretoria Zoo.
I have achieved first aid 1&2 , Tour plan, WESSA Environment Impact Assessment EIA Certificate, Satellite Navigation, SA Specialist through out my study of Ecotourism Management diploma. I was awarded the qualification of Ecotourism Management at Tshwane University of Technology on July 2024 now a TUT graduate.
Throughout my working experience I have learn how to deal with customers and how to provide best service for them. I now know that customer have different expectations and view of thing. I have learn so many communication skills.
