I have a 5 years experience in call center industry for both Technical and Customer Service Support. I've been with the different accounts like Telstra 3 years, Comcast 1 year, Amazon UK 6 months and I'm currently working with Expedia as Phone Supervisor. I'm a Sabre trained agent and I'm good in using MS application like MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
