We are working on VoIP and Vicidial / Asterisk based solution since last 8 years.

We have done similar projects as per the requirement mention in Job Description.

Following are few sample projects & services we have implemented.


Project -1

Doing integration of Asterisk/Vicidial with 3rd Party CRM.

Past Integration with vtiger CRM which we did for other client:

=>  MySQL table allocation between Vtiger and ViciDial allowing for Account to be used from Vtiger to create lists to dial in ViCidial and all leads dialed from ViciDial.

=> Vtiger Auto Login from ViciDial

=> VTiger User Synchronization with ViciDial

=> ViciDial Campaign, List & Leads Import Synchronization with VTiger

=> Click to dial from CRM must have a separate pop up for agents to disposition calls/leads allowing

=> ViciDial Call Back Synchronization with vTiger Calendar

=> PBX Manager management (Call recording integration with vTiger)

Project-2

We have work on similar projects for Asterisk/Vicidial like:

Integrating Asterisk with Telco network like PRI, Analog, GSM Gateway. Also we are expert in security voip based asterisk server by using Fail2ban, TCPWrapper & Iptables rules.

On Vicidial Multi Server Setup we split the load to the servers so that it can accommodate more agents in your asterisk server (this setup is in production with 150 agents on 1:2 ratio dialing full recording) and at the same time make it more stable compared to a single server setup.

In this way it can also understand well how each server works and what you need.

SMS / EMAIL integration in Vicidial / GoAutodial

SMS / Email functionality to be integrated in Dialer for customer communication. Once agent terminate the call he/she has an option to send pre-define SMS/EMAIL to customer which was drafted by Manager.

Vicidial integration with Lime Survey

We did integration with Lime Survey for capturing servey of everycustomer when there is LIVE call in vicidial. Customer phonenumber & name will automatically insert in lime survey when where is live call in vicidial and than it will popup survey page. 

We created few survey with all reportings in LIME Survey
