I launched TheSalaryInHand.com in July 2025 with a clear vision — to create an SEO-optimized platform providing accurate and engaging information on salary insights, job roles, and career growth in India.

Within just a few months, the website achieved 30K+ monthly organic traffic, thanks to a strategic combination of content planning, on-page SEO, and user-focused optimization.

My Role & Responsibilities

Keyword Research & SEO Planning: Identified high-volume, low-competition keywords around salaries, government jobs, and private roles.
Content Creation: Wrote and optimized long-form, EEAT-friendly articles that address user intent and rank fast.
Technical SEO: Improved site speed, meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking structure.
Traffic Growth: Scaled the site organically from 0 to 30,000+ monthly visitors in less than 3 months.
Analytics & Monitoring: Used Google Search Console and Analytics to track performance and refine content strategy.
