Experience: + Provide value adding domain knowledge to deliver successful implementations and projects in either; + Retail Banking processes, systems knowledge around one or more product areas; Savings, PCA, Mortgages, Cards, Loans, Credit Risk, Payments, Reporting etc. + Project management and leadership of the End to End testing processes for core banking/ ERP systems, and demonstrate project risk management + Demonstrate thought leadership across one or more banking products to deliver successful implementations and projects + Energetic and effective leadership for design, planning of the Core Banking Migration Personal Attributes: + Experience as Test and Release manager in a full project lifecycle and have strong leadership skills + In- depth knowledge of banking processes and underlying systems + Proven track record in successful delivery of banking technologies from a business change and adoption perspective + Strategic vision and the ability to design and present optimum systems and process solutions for the client + Proven track record of sales and successful technology implementations/ migrations within the banking industry
