<h1>Duties:</h1>
· Efficiently Identified and resolved issues related to SQL Server
· Managed and prioritized an individual open case queue
· Documented and reported application defects to Development teams
· Implemented application fixes in production
· Resolving technical issues during the software development process
· Address customer concerns and issues regarding software installation and operation
· Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
· Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
· Handle requests and queries appropriately
· Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
· Produce reports, presentations and briefs
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Pivot Tables, and Formulas PowerPoint, Microsoft Office 365) and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs
