I previously worked in a not – for – profit organisation as Finance Officer with duties including issuing of invoices and monthly statements, processing of accounts payables, bank accounts and credit cards reconciliation, processing and reconciling of payments though Eway and Paypal, end of month journal allocations, monthly IAS and quarterly BAS reporting. I also assisted the CFO with budget reports and the audit process, and produced financial reports as well as job reports. I have used both MYOB and Xero in my role as Finance Officer.
