I have been working as a IT Support Engineer for over five years now and I am seeking a new role which covers a wider area and scope as a new challenge. I enjoy working with clients, new and existing and I am used to travelling to different sites and provide IT support for them. I primarily visit my clients to help find and fix any network faults, setting new users up and carrying out day to day network monitoring and administration. I feel that I have excellent communication skills and have had a lot of experience in working with clients on a daily basis. I feel that I can explain technical information carefully to non technical users. I have also provided training for clients on how their systems work and how they should be operated etc. I have a very logical and technical mind; I have excellent time management skills and an ability to priorities the most important tasks.
