About Me
Specializing in professions related to human resources with particular importance given to the development of human capital which remains the essential aspect in the career of the employees themselves and for the company which employs them.
Training, employability, and skills development form the triangle in which I evolve.
I worked in large groups such as Vinci France, but also in medium-sized structures such as Insight France and MEDEF. Subsequently, I held the position of head of continuing education within the federation of chambers of commerce and industries of France in Paris, where I was able to develop training and development projects.
For the past few years, I have been collaborating with Mauritian companies and providing them with my experience and know-how with a global and international view in the field of HR development in general.
With my many years of experience in France and in Mauritius, I am autonomous and organized.
