Zahraa Gharib

I received an M.A. with merit from the University of Bradford in November 2017 in Conflict, Security and Development Studies, with a thesis study on the impact of oil on Saudi Arabia’s foreign policies, and received a B.A from the American University of Beirut in 2016 in Political Studies and a minor in International Law. I believe working for non-governmental organizations would provide an excellent opportunity for me to become physically involved in the field of social development, transparency and research studies, while working development projects on both executive and administrative level, where I would be able to apply my knowledge and skill sets into concrete practice and learn from a new sector consequently.

In addition to my strong academic background, I have experience working for various not-for-profit organizations where I have acquired valuable professional skills such as organizational leadership, government policy and regulations, and strategic planning, & budgeting.
