Zaenal Abidin

I am a native Bahasa speaker from Indonesia and currently working as a full time employee at TDCX Thailand for The Indonesian market project. My latest role in the organization is as a Community Operations Specialist for a Social Media platform. However, I have confirmed with my company that I will not extend my job contract with them. I am now taking a long leave in Indonesia and my employment status will be off as soon as I don’t proceed with the Work Permit Renewal, So I will be available for the new role with a short notice.
Previously, I served South East Asia clients Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore at several BPO MNC based in China offices. I was supporting for some roles as an Account Payable, Account Receivable and Tele sales at Accenture and HP. During my spare time, I often take a remote part time job as a seasonal writer and a translator for simple articles as per client’s request.
