I’m currently working in customer experience at Zomato, where my performance is closely tied to customer satisfaction and feedback. I’ve learned how to handle fast paced environments, resolve issues effectively, and constantly improve based on data and real time input. I take initiative to understand where I can do better, regularly discussing improvements with my team lead to enhance both customer interactions and my own performance.

Before this, I worked as a freelance language expert with Outlier. My role involved crafting chatbot responses with precision and clarity. It was a short term but intense experience that sharpened my communication skills, taught me how to adapt quickly, and showed me the value of delivering quality work under pressure. I was able to make a significant impact within just a month, both in terms of output and earnings.
