Yogendra Velankar

Yogendra is IT manager with 40 years of experience. He has strong experience in Data Analytics area helping customers to access, understand and analyze their business data and take appropriate actions.

His skills include building, leading and managing BI and Analytics practice, competency building of team members on leading analytics tools, designing and delivering training in BI and analytics to peers, developers and client side users also. He has strong work experience on product development, work on presales SoW, Proposals execute and deliver projects, support onsite and offshore model.

As a part of his tenure of Sr Practice Manager; he got extensive exposure to recruitment process tasks like defining JD, screening of profiles, technical, final, personal interview rounds, and finally making an offer to the candidate.

He is adaptable and has transformational leadership with an ability to work independently, creating an effective environment and developing opportunities.
