as a senior public health specialist professional I have a total of more than 10 years of work experience at University of Gondar comprehensive specialized hospital. In my stay I have been working in different Positions. I have worked as a team leader at Health Management Information System HMIS unit and I got a lot of relevant experience on data quality assurance, data management and data use, data analysis, summarization and reporting. I am also skilled on different software’s such as DHIS 2, SPSS, EPI Info, and STATA .I have taken different in service and online training which help me to update my skill and knowledge. Additionally, I had been working as nursing care plan quality control supervisor. During my stay at this position I did a lot of activities and I got special experience on how to mentor and coach health care providers at the service site.
