I am Ma. Angelica C. Yee, but you can call me Yas. I am 30 years old and a mom of four. Currently, I am looking for a home based job to provide and sustain the needs of my kids. They are my biggest motivation and reason to excel at work. As a mom, I want to give them the best of everything.
My professional journey began as a service crew member. I then became a Collection Specialist under a Credit and Debit Card Company. After that, I worked as a Customer Service Representative under a TELCO Account, handling AT&T Mobility. My most relevant experience was as an Outbound Sales Agent and Appointment Setter for a Beauty Clinic and Facial Spa in the Philippines, US West Palm Beach Florida, and Mayfair London. I have basic knowledge of ZOHO CRM, HUBSPOT, THOKYO CRM and Ring Central, and I also managed a Facebook Page. Additionally, I am an Online Seller since 2015 and a proud Business Owner.
