An industry Scientist with a robust background in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, specializing in the design, synthesis, and optimization of siRNA therapeutics and Antibody Drug Conjugates ADCs. My expertise spans small molecule linker and payload chemistry, multi step total synthesis, and bioconjugation strategies critical for advancing targeted drug delivery. In the context of siRNA based modalities, I have developed conjugation platforms that enhance cellular uptake and endosomal escape, including GalNAc and extraheptic delivery systems. Within ADC development, I have designed and synthesized both cleavable and non cleavable linkers, optimized drug–antibody coupling efficiency, and evaluated payload release kinetics to improve therapeutic indices. This integrated chemistry driven approach enables me to translate complex molecular designs into practical, scalable solutions for next generation therapeutics.
