Heres what I learned after ranking on Googles first page multiple times:
Rankings dont automatically equal revenue.
Brands that win treat content as a system where every written piece has a job. Where you can track how a blog post influenced a demo request 47 days later. Where you know which LinkedIn post moved a prospect from researching to ready to buy.
Thats what I build for B2B AI SaaS brands in marketing and sales: a content system that generates revenue
My approach:
1. Map the buyers journey to content that actually matches how they search and decide.
2. Create pillar pages that establish authority.
3. Break those pillars into digestible formats, such as blogs, LinkedIn, email, and video, that meet buyers at different stages.
4. Track attribution so you know whats working, not just what feels good.
What this looks like in practice:
Content clustering plan → Visibility on Google and LLMs → Easy to digest content that drives traffic to pillar articles → Credibility
