I am seeking a part time remote position, available to work at least 4 hours per day on weekdays Monday to Friday; full time on weekends or 30hrs/week.
With more than 26 years of professional experience, I bring a strong background in Office Management, Administrative Support, Documentation, Collections, and Customer Service. I am highly organized, detail oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellent results.
Though I have not formally worked as a Virtual Assistant, I have successfully handled remote office work during the pandemic for over 2 years. During that time, I worked from home and communicated with clients via phone, email, Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other messaging platforms.
I am also proficient in using Bitrix CRM for handling client inquiries, managing leads, and tracking communications. I am a fast learner, willing to undergo training, and always open to learning new tools and systems to enhance productivity and support business goals.
