I am a loyal hard working motivated individual with excellent management skills. I strive to sucseed in every oppertunity given to me. Time management is very important to me, every minute is valuble. I have worked for a large farm where planning and accuracy was essential. Multi-tasking and orginizing is one of my strong abbilities. I am very artistic and enjoy art projects it will be great if I can combine it in my career. I have experience in rental of premises and contract set-up. Collecting of rent and organizing maintenance when neccesary. Managing insurance claims and insurace contracts. Maintaining all cellphone upgrades and contracts. Responsible for stock entering. Responsible for account payable entering, combinding, approval and batch building for payment. I love challanges, I can work in a team but like to take the lead when things is not orginized.
