About Me
Hi there, I'm Wendi! I'm a business development and market research specialist with a strong suit in entrepreneurship, customer journeys and product testing. I am originally from Singapore, and currently working in London so I am familiar with both markets. I have 3+ years of experience working in a range of industries, including advertising technology, cyber security, retail and FMCG, helping businesses of all sizes with their expansion strategies.
I started my own IoT company in the sharing economy space whilst I was in university with two other co-founders. We have won over 5 international entrepreneurship competitions in London and China thus far and have been accepted into 2 accelerator programmes. I also won the Defne and Muhtar Kent Educational Foundation, Inc. Prize in Entrepreneurship 2019 for my dissertation paper on How Can Female Entrepreneurs Use Storytelling To Convince Male Investors For Funding?.
