I am MBA qualified in supply chain management and working as Supply chain Excellence manager in UAE. I am certified process improvement manager as well.
I have 13 years of hands on experience in design, develop, implement, analyze & improve supply chain strategies in organization. Selecting & analyzing vendors, designing procurement processes, implications of PO placements, monitor in & outbound logistics, operations, monitoring warehousing capacities, retailers analyzes. While analyzing the overall processes and suggest and implement improvements to reduce cost and enhance resources utilization.
I am also involved in project management.
