I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management from MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY & TRADE INDUSTRIAL UNIVERSITY OF HO CHI MINH CITY, where I learned the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and operations. I also studied Specialized Sales, Merchandising and Marketing Operations at Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences, where I gained exposure to international markets and best practices. My core competencies include asset management, global product management, and Ansys products.
My most recent work experience was as a Lead at UPS, where I supported and managed the delivery and logistics of various products and services for customers and merchants. I was responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of orders, resolving any pending issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. I also contributed to developing and implementing new strategies and systems to optimize delivery performance and quality. In my previous roles, I worked as a Sale.
