I have spearheaded HMT’s watch division growth in the fifteen years that I spent in that organization during the period 1978 to[removed]In this period HMT Watch Division’s revenues went up from Rs 0.75 Billion to Rs 2.9 Billion. I was chiefly responsible for all major projects of the watch marketing division which included new retail formats, MIS, Corporate Planning, Market research, New Product development and many path breaking Advertising Campaigns.

In 1995, I took up a challenging task of branding a commodity like coffee and six months after I took up the responsibility I Coffee Day was launched to the Indian market in March[removed]I have been instrumental in launching and running all the divisions of Coffee Day during my tenure there there between 1995 and 2004.
