I previously worked as Service Assurance Technician at TechnoGlobal Team in BGC,
Taguig City. In this position I am responsible for managing service desk and
ticketing system, maintaining telecommunications network, ensuring connectivity
through network service assurance, employing big data and optimizing data
analytics, managing service level agreements SLAs, tracking IT assets, etc. Over
the past years, I have gained ample experience in the field of IT helpdesk, Service
desk Support and Technical Support Representative.
I have Strong communication skills, especially when explaining technical
information. To be able to remain calm under pressure. Good time management
skills to meet users needs and problems.
Not only do I have an extensive background in the field, but I have exceptional
customer service skills that help me clearly communicate with every type of
customer.
I would describe myself as someone who is hardworking and eager to achieve more
