Hi, I’m Vishnukumar Balasubramanian. I bring over five years of customer service experience, primarily within the IT and consulting sectors. In my most recent role at HCS India Consultants in Chennai, I handled multi channel customer interactions—calls, emails, and chats—focused on quick issue resolution and delivering a positive customer experience.

I’m passionate about solving problems, building strong customer relationships, and I’ve developed key skills in CRM tools, cross team collaboration, and managing escalations with a calm and solution oriented approach. I also gained exposure to platforms like FACTA and have some experience working with HMRS, which has sparked my interest to learn more in that area and deepen my understanding.
