As a customer service representative, I have gained valuable skills in vedio editing, inbound marketing, and dispute resolution, while working for different organizations in the data and media sectors. I graduated with a diploma in procurement and supply management from Kiriri Womens University, where I learned how to write professionally and technically for various audiences and purposes. I have over two years of work experience, including nine months at SALIX DATA, a leading data analytics company, where I provided excellent customer service and support to clients and stakeholders. Previously, I worked as a mobile journalist at Hashtag Our Stories, a global media platform that empowers people to tell their own stories using their smartphones, and as a customer service representative at Digital Divide Data DDD Kenya, a social enterprise that delivers digital services to clients worldwide.
